Virginia Society of CPAs Announces Officers and Board of Directors
Richmond (May 15, 2026) — The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) is pleased to announce its officers and Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 fiscal year. The officers and directors were sworn in May 8 during the VSCPA annual business meeting.
Andrew T. Martin, CPA, of Corbin & Company, PC, in Chesapeake, is chair of the Board. Nicholas A. Harrison, CPA, of KPMG in Richmond, is chair-elect.
The following VSCPA members were named vice chairs: Sarah A. Adams, CPA, of Adams & Co., PC, in Lebanon, Va.; Scott D. Davis, CPA, of Prager Metis CPAs in Tysons; M. Caleb Vuljanic, CPA, of Forvis Mazars, LLP, in Tysons;and Jamil White, CPA, of WindHQ in Washington, D.C.
At-large board members include Marsha Ackerman, CPA, of Baker Tilley in McLean; Catina Downey, CPA, of Catina Downey, CPA, PLLC, in Henrico; Benjamin O. “Bo” Garner, CPA, of PBMares LLP in Newport News; Kasey M. George, CPA, of Cherry Bekaert LLP in Richmond; Jake Greene II, CPA, of CBIZ in Alexandria; Wendy Jewell, CPA, of Virginia Union University in Richmond; Damian Klute of Ernst & Young in Richmond; Kelli P. Meadows, CPA, of Meadows Urquhart Acree & Cook, LLP, in Henrico; Carlos Otal, CPA, of ProsimAcuitas LLC in Leesburg; and Aditya S. Yerramilli, CPA, of Google, Inc., in Washington, D.C.
VSCPA President and CEO Stephanie Peters, CAE, serves as secretary-treasurer of the Board.
