Chair of the Board

Andrew T. Martin, CPA, is the 2026–2027 chair of the VSCPA Board of Directors and VSCPA Educational Foundation. He is vice president and principal at Corbin & Co. in Chesapeake, Va.

Martin joined Corbin & Co. in July 2004. Prior to joining the firm, he earned his CPA certification in 2003 while working for KPMG in the Tysons Corner, Va., office. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA). 

Martin is past president of the VSCPA Board and current member of the Tidewater Chapter of the VSCPA. He has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the VSCPA and on the Board of Directors of the VSCPA Educational Foundation. Andrew was selected by the VSCPA Board as one of five of "The Top Five CPAs Under 35" in 2010 in recognition of his professional accomplishments and contributions to the CPA profession in Virginia. He was also voted as a "Super CPA" in the category of Young CPAs by his peers as reported in Virginia Business for the years 2005 through 2013. He holds a BBA degree in accounting from The College of William and Mary.
