Overview

This interactive course satisfies the IRS’s annual ethics requirement for Enrolled Agents — but it’s built for all tax pros who want real-world insight into today’s complex ethical landscape.

We’ll break down the key principles of Circular 230 and walk through relatable, real-life scenarios that challenge even the most experienced practitioners. Expect practical guidance, a few eye-opening moments, and takeaways you can actually use to strengthen your tax practice and stay in compliance.

This course does NOT meet the annual ethics requirement set by the Virginia Board of Accountancy (VBOA) for Virginia CPAs.
