Mr. Rattiner earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in Marketing Management from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1981, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Certified Public Accounting from Hofstra University in 1983 and his Certified Financial Planner Education from New York University in 1992. He is licensed as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with the CFP Board of Standards in Denver, Colorado, and as a Certified Public Accountant and Insurance Broker in New York and Colorado.
