Meet the Pathways & Belonging Council

The Pathways & Belonging Council's mission is to work alongside the VSCPA Board of Directors and staff on programs and policies that promote inclusion, access, and a strong sense of belonging within the profession; engage with leaders, schools, and other stakeholders to expand pathways for students to pursue careers as CPAs; identify resources to help members and their organizations create and sustain welcoming environments where all CPAs can thrive; and create opportunities to impact the profession and our communities.
