In-Person Event Hosting
The Learning & Innovation Center is a state-of-the-art event space with a modern and professional setting, making it the ideal setting for any type of gathering. This space is equipped to accommodate business seminars, group meetings, board meetings, luncheons, receptions and more.
VSCPA members receive a 15% discount on single day rates.

Rental hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If outside business hours, additional charges will be incurred. Rates for services outside regular hours are $50 for every 30 minutes. Should we experience inclement weather, we'll work with you to get your event rescheduled.

Audiovisual (AV) enhancements including video conferencing; wireless handheld, lavalier and podium microphones; a paired computer/projection system; and wireless internet are available.

The Learning & Innovation Center does not provide food, beverages or catering services as part of event rentals. Clients are welcome to use the designated kitchen area, which includes two full-size refrigerators, two microwave ovens and a water and ice machine. The client should ensure that coffee, water and soft drinks are provided for attendees.
The Learning & Innovation Center does not maintain an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license. Should the client elect to serve alcoholic beverages during the event or meeting, the client shall be solely responsible for securing all required permits and licenses, either through a properly licensed caterer or by obtaining a temporary license from the Virginia ABC Commission.
The client must provide the Learning & Innovation Center with a copy of the applicable ABC license no less than five days prior to the scheduled event or meeting.
Parking is complimentary and available capacity is 100 parking spots.
Our outdoor patio features tables, chairs and umbrellas, providing an ideal setting for informal lunches and breaks when weather permits.
All hosts/attendees of events taking place at the Learning & Innovation Center give the VSCPA permission to use your name, video, audio and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless the photographer or videographer, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under his/her permission or authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without any limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
