Setting Up: Exhibit booths are located in the Peacock Foyer where registration, sessions, lunch, and food/beverage break stations will be located. Skirted, 6 ft. tables and two chairs are provided. Electric will be provided, if requested. All booths must be set up by 7 am on Tuesday, July 16. You may set up Monday, July 15 between 3 and 4 pm or on Tuesday morning, July 16 before 7 am.
- Prize Drawing: If you would like to offer your own giveaways, you are welcome to run your own drawing.

PARKING: Overnight parking is complimentary for those guests booked in the group block. Valet is $20.00 per day per vehicle. Guests coming in for just the day to attend the meeting Valet parking is complimentary (Event Valet) guests just need to let Valet know they are here for the conference. Guests choosing to park in the city garage that connects to the hotel would pay the city hourly rates $2.00 per hour.

- Breaking Down: Exhibits may be dismantled after 2:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dismantling should be completed by 4 p.m. To maintain the educational integrity of the program, sponsors are expected to set up and tear down during the established time periods unless previously agreed upon.
- Tips for Success:

Have your booth set up by 7:00 am on Tuesday, July 16.

Have a representative at your booth during the breaks and lunch.

Consider giveaways, which will increase the traffic at your booth.
