Over the last four years, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG) has entered into over a 100 Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs), and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has entered into over 10 monitorships.  While these enforcement tools serve different purposes and arise from different regulatory frameworks, both represent significant oversight mechanisms and were clear priorities under the previous administration. Now, with the recent early termination of a DOJ monitorship, an important question arises: Could CIAs be next in line for reevaluation or rollback?

Join us for a timely and thought-provoking discussion on the evolving role and future of CIAs and DOJ monitorships.
