Marc has approximately 16 years of public accounting experience. He focuses on regulatory matters, including internal investigations, compliance program assessments, and due diligence. Marc has also managed forensic accounting and financial fraud investigations, fraud investigations/lookbacks, and dispute analysis/expert witness cases.
Marc has regulatory and investigation experience in manufacturing, industrial products, retail and consumer, hospitality, and the oil and gas industry. As part of these investigation engagements, Marc has evaluated corporate policies and procedures, tested internal controls, including areas specifically related to proper segregation of duties and access control, and assisted in training employees on updated policies and procedures and the importance of governance and ethics in the workplace.
Marc is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Ohio, Virginia, and Washington. D.C. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Marc has a Bachelor of Administration from Ohio University and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
