Speaker confirmation — biography, high-resolution photo, session title and description, audio visual and hotel request
Due one week after receipt of email
Email to Conference Manager
Conference materials — outline, handouts and/or PowerPoint presentation
Due four weeks in advance of the conference date
Email to Conference Manager
Expense reimbursement
Due within two weeks post conference date

The Virginia Society of CPAs is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
