Virginia CPAs may have different privileges when practicing in neighboring states. The information below reflects current mobility rules and will be updated as new information becomes available.

Maryland Automatic as of Oct. 1, 2025 Non-Maryland CPAs may practice with a CPA license from another jurisdiction in good standing and with passage of the CPA Exam.
