Glen McGuire is a senior manager in the Federal Strategic Programs group at Dell Technologies based in Round Rock, Texas. He has over 30 years of experience in government cost accounting and procurement. Glen joined Dell in 1996 as a proposal manager on the federal sales team. In his career at Dell, he has held various managerial positions leading teams that support sales efforts for customers from the U.S. federal government, state and local governments, educational institutions, and large business organizations. His teams provide leadership, assistance and guidance to sales pursuits from initial engagement through contract award. Prior to Dell, Glen spent 11 years at Texas Instruments starting as a junior cost accountant and working his way up to division controller in TI’s Defense Systems and Electronics group. Glen received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
