AI Impact is designed for accounting professionals ready to take their AI skills to the next level. Join us for a series of three 1.5-hour webinars spanning a three-week period.

  • July 10, 17 and 24, 1 – 2:30 p.m.

Building on foundational knowledge, this course dives into advanced custom GPT development, strategic financial analysis, and organization-wide AI adoption. Participants will learn to use ChatGPT for complex accounting scenarios, including profitability reviews, insights and efficiencies for advisory services such as CAS, as well as compelling presentations. AI Impact is ideal for those looking to optimize AI within their organizations and use AI to drive strategic insights.

To fully benefit from this program, it is essential that all participants complete the AI Foundations on-demand course or have attended the live session on June 25–26, 2025. This prerequisite lays the groundwork for everything to be covered in the AI Impact course, and your completion ensures we can move forward together at the same level.

Objectives

  • Develop custom GPTs for advanced tasks: Create reusable, tailored GPTs to automate complex accounting workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Execute in-depth financial analysis: Use ChatGPT to analyze profit margins, conduct financial scenario planning, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Enhance client accounting services with AI: Optimize CAS and advisory capabilities by integrating AI for workflows and insights for clients.
  • Leverage AI for presentations: Use ChatGPT to develop structured presentations, complete with slide outlines, visuals, and consistent storytelling.
  • Implement AI across teams: Establish secure AI use within teams, setting up SOPs, security protocols, and change management processes for ChatGPT adoption.
