Risk is an inherent part of any organization or project, and effective risk assessment is critical to success. This course provides an understanding of the risk assessment process, explores common internal and external risks, and examines key risk management methods. Through case studies, practical exercises and strategic planning, participants will learn how to identify, evaluate and mitigate risks in various professional settings. This course will better equip participants with the skills necessary to develop proactive risk management strategies.
