Identify the attributes of a good manager according to research and surveys. During the seminar, you'll discover how to recognize ways to increase employee engagement in the workplace and recall techniques to build relationships and increase engagement to a case-study scenario. You'll also identify the current state and problems within our workplace culture. Finally, you'll learn about SHRM's four building blocks of ethical culture to workplace case studies and identify the eight ways to build workplace trust.
