Before the Event 

  1. Representatives: Your sponsor level includes up to two company representatives each day. Please submit names of company representatives and dates attending by December 2. 
     
  2. Electricity, etc.: If you need electricity, phone lines or high-speed internet access for your booth, you will have access to an outlet. Wi-Fi is complementary. 
     
  3. Shipping: Exhibitor may ship items to the VSCPA no sooner than 5 days prior to the event. There is no handling fee.  Please have boxes mailed to your attention.

    The Vendor is responsible for setting up a UPS or FedEx pickup. 
     

  4. Setting Up: Exhibit booths are located in the Lobby. 6 ft. tables are provided. All booths must be set up by 7:30 a.m. on Monday, December 9. You may arrive at 6:30 a.m. on Monday to set up.
     
  5. Prize Drawing: Consider giveaways, which will increase the traffic at your booth. If you do have a prize drawing please let the VSCPA know and drawings will be held each day  before closing announcements at 4 p.m.  Please submit prize item description by December 2.

  2. Breaking Down: Exhibits may be dismantled after 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Dismantling should be completed by 4:30 p.m. To maintain the educational integrity of the program, sponsors are expected to set up and tear down during the established time periods unless previously agreed upon. 
     
  3. Tips for Success: 
  • Have your booth installed by 7 a.m. on Monday, December 9. 
  • Have a representative at your booth during the breaks and lunch.
  • Consider giveaways, which will increase the traffic at your booth. 
  • Do not dismantle your booth prior to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11.
