Online Platform Login/Access Problems:

• "User already logged in" message - please close out any other instances of the event. 
• Please enable cookies and pop-ups
• Use wired internet connection
• Disconnect from VPN (Virtual Private Network)
• Use Chrome of Firefox

Troubleshooting Technical Problems:

• Cache Cleaning
• Speed Test (select Chicago)
