Women are making strides in the accounting profession, moving up the ladder and in some cases breaking the glass ceiling and making partner. However, challenges remain and in today’s COVID environment it is more evident than ever. Corporations, mid-tier firms, as well as small businesses have been putting an emphasis on barriers to upward mobility and access to involvement for women, pay equity and the concerns of female accountants.
This session will focus on overcoming these challenges and creating a foundation for forward mobility that is stable and achievable.
