Accounts Payable (AP) departments are busier than ever, and AP leaders are eager to improve operational efficiency. With turnover, staffing shortages and simply more work and less resources, organizations need to leverage technology and automate as many processes as possible to reduce unnecessary work and costs. The Paymerang team will guide participants through all of the payment processes, from invoice receipt through payment reconciliation. In this interactive roundtable discussion, attendees will share current processes, undergo a brief process analysis, and discover best practices to help AP departments become more efficient, secure, cost effective and potentially profitable, in 2022.
