This virtual roundtable on Assessing your Organizational Culture will be led by Floricane:

Every organization has a culture whether it is intentionally cultivated or not. Culture can be an organization’s biggest pain point or an effective strategy for reaching business outcomes. But what is organizational culture? How do you describe your organization’s culture? And how might you assess its effects on your business? Before you consider the what, why, and how of culture change, you must understand and assess the underlying assumptions at the root of your organization.
In this session, we will cover:

  • Overview of organizational culture
  • Organizational culture assessment
  • Next steps for strategic culture change

Culture challenges can't be solved in a day, but you will leave this session with a first step towards supporting the culture you desire for your organization.

This virtual roundtable will be held through Zoom Meetings. Prior to the start of the roundtable, please download the Zoom Desktop Client, or Zoom Mobile App for iPhone or Android.

*This event is for VSCPA members only.
