White collar crimes can be complicated. This interview with a convicted white collar felon, considers the Fraud Triangle (Pressure, Opportunity and Rationalization) in breaking down how a fraud occurred at a large telecommunication firm. Emphasis will be on the opportunities (poor controls, weak management oversight, incentives and personal ambition) for fraud to occur.
