We’re excited to partner Gary Thomson, CPA and Thomson Consulting for a brand new program designed to coach experienced CPAs on their journey to become firm partners. As part of the VSCPA Center for Innovation’s suite of leadership development programs, Pathway to Partner focuses on the three Ps needed to become a great leader and partner in public accounting — Personal, Profession and People. This three-day virtual lab is designed to give participants a small flavor of the more robust in-person program coming in 2021. Each day will focus on a different topic with a panel discussion.
