The Virginia-Specific Ethics Course 2019 On-Demand course contains video, audio, presentation slides, review questions and a 10-question final exam. The course can be stopped and started as needed allowing participants to resume where they left off. The final exam must be passed by January 31, 2020 as the course will not be available after that date.

System Requirements

An internet connection is required. A wired internet connection is recommended for best quality. The course can be accessed from a mobile device using Wi-Fi but the environment may not be as stable as a computer with a wired internet connection. Headphones are recommended for best audio quality.

To ensure an optimal experience on your computer or mobile device, run a system check, review attendee system requirements and browser recommendations, clear your browser's cache and restart your browser before beginning the course.

Questions About Course Content

Ethics On-Demand participants can submit questions through the online platform. Questions are answered by email within 24 hours. The course includes all original content and materials and allows for QAS Self Study CPE credit by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

The Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBARegistry.org.
