Brian Degano
Brian F. Degano, CPA, is an associate chief auditor for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in Washington, D.C. He works in the Office of the Chief Auditor, assisting in the development of auditing and related professional practices standards applicable to audits of public companies in the United States. Prior to joining the PCAOB in August 2007, Degano was a director in the dispute consulting practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP, primarily serving clients on purchase price disputes, litigation support and forensic investigations. He was a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from July 2001 to July 2003.
