VSCPA Members Running for Office

Beginning in 2004, the CPA PAC Board of Trustees passed a new policy pledging a contribution to any fellow member of the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) who runs on a state or local ballot.

The following VSCPA members are running for office in 2008:

Local:

• Barry W. Cheatham, CPA,  successfully sought election to the Franklin City Council in Ward 1.
• Brenton D. Burgess, CPA, successfully sought election to the Franklin City Council in Ward 2.
