VSCPA Centennial Celebration Events

100 years and counting...

What would a milestone anniversary be without celebrations and events to mark the occasion? Celebrate our past, your past and the current strength of the CPA profession. Harken back to the adding machine and the little green visor. Accompany nostalgia with a look to the future, and try to figure out who CPAs will be at the bicentennial in 2109.

The Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) commemorated its 100th anniversary and celebrated the strength of the CPA profession by holding the VSCPA Centennial events below.

Centennial Celebration Cruise

The VSCPA Centennial Celebration Cruise to Bermuda took place May 30 – June 4, 2009. Thanks to all of you who helped make it a fitting commemoration of our milestone 100th anniversary!

CPA Day of Service

A huge thanks goes out to everyone who made the VSCPA's CPA Day of Service a runaway success! More then 600 Virginia CPAs participated on Sept. 18, 2009, and made a significant impact in communities all over the state. The feedback has been so overwhelmingly positive that we are already looking forward to CPA Day of Service 2010.
