All VSCPA room blocks below are first-come, first-serve, and the rate is only guaranteed until the stated rate deadline date or until the room block or hotel sells out. When calling to make your reservation, please tell the hotel that you are calling about the Virginia Society of CPAs room block. Reservations accepted after the rate deadline will be at the hotel’s discretion, based on rate and space availability.

Directions to the Richmond CPA Center



From the south

  • I-95 North to I-64 West
  • Take Exit 180-B, Gaskins Road North
  • Continue on Gaskins Road to the second light and take a left onto West Broad Street
  • At the third light, turn right onto Cox Road (the main entrance into lnnsbrook)
  • Proceed approximately .7 miles on Cox Road
  • The Richmond CPA Center will be on the right, just past ECPI

From the north

  • I-95 South to I-295, exit 84-B (sign reads “295 to 64 West to Charlottesville”)
  • Proceed approximately 7.5 miles on I-295 to exit 51-B, Nuckols Road South
  • Go .7 miles on Nuckols Road to the second light and turn right onto Cox Road (the rear entrance to Innsbrook)
  • Proceed .6 miles
  • You will pass the Richmond CPA Center on your left and should make a U-turn at the next opportunity

From the east

  • I-64 West to I-295, Exit 200 (sign reads “295 to 95 North”)
  • On I-295, proceed approximately 12.5 miles until I-295 splits. Do not take the left exit to I-95 North. Stay to the right to Richmond/Charlottesville, which has no exit number (sign reads “295 to 64 West and 95 South”)
  • Proceed another 8.5 miles on I-295 to exit 51-B, Nuckols Road South
  • Go .7 miles on Nuckols Road to the second light and turn right onto Cox Road (the rear entrance to lnnsbrook)
  • Proceed .6 miles
  • You will pass the Richmond CPA Center on your left and should make a U-turn at the next opportunity

From the west

  • I-64 East to Exit 178-B (Short Pump, Broad Street/250 East)
  • Continue on Broad Street .5 miles to the second light and turn left onto Cox Road (the main entrance to lnnsbrook)
  • Proceed approximately .7 miles on Cox Road
  • The Richmond CPA Center will be on the right, just past ECPI

From the Danville area

  • Take Rt. 360 to Richmond
  • Take Rt. 150 (Chippenham Parkway to the Powhite Expressway (Rt. 76, a toll road)
  • Bear left on Powhite, following signs for I-64 West/Charlottesville
  • Take l-64 West to Exit 180-B, Gaskins Road North
  • Continue on Gaskins Road to the second light and take a left onto West Broad Street
  • At the third light, turn right onto Cox Road (the main entrance into lnnsbrook)
  • Proceed approximately .7 miles on Cox Road
  • The Richmond CPA Center will be on the right, just past ECPI
