Takin' Care of Business Information Package (iPACK)

The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) offers a comprehensive curriculum kit, called The Takin' Care of Business Information Package (iPACK), to Virginia educators free of charge.

Developed by the CPA profession, the iPACK includes an Education Handbook with15 lesson plans, dynamic 15-minute video, 25 career guides, 25 bookmarks, a poster and a presenter's guide.

These multi-curricular, multi-media kits come complete with learning activities linking real-world business scenarios to academic standards in Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, Business Education and Accounting, as well as Career Guidance information. The lesson plans meet Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL), and are based on National Business Education Association (NBEA) and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) learning standards.
