The VSCPA Web site has many sections that are open to all users, with no registration required. For these sections, no software tracks e-mail addresses of users. However, the Web server does track domain names for security purposes and for information regarding the nature and extent of the Web site's usage.
Users are not required to disclose any personal information in order to view the Web site. The VSCPA may gather some personal identifiable information when it is voluntarily submitted by the user.
