Are you looking for tax season resources? Need answers to your tax questions? Let Virginia CPAs help! As part of its Financial Fitness campaign, the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) Tax Resource Center provides a wealth of tax resources, including free online tax advice, frequently asked tax questions, Virginia and federal tax information with links to download forms, and financial planning articles for individuals and business professionals.

VSCPA Tax Help Programs

  • "Ask a CPA" Tax Help E-mail Program — Got questions about your tax return? Experienced, licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPA) will provide FREE answers to your tax questions within three business days.
  • NBC12 Tax Call-In Program — The NBC12 Tax Call-In allows viewers to receive free tax advice from CPA volunteers during the evening news broadcast. This live call-in is held every Wednesday night, February 10 to March 17, 2010, from 5 – 6:30 p.m. Viewers can call (804) 345-1212 or (800) 733-2812 to speak with a CPA.
  • Virginia Military Tax Help — The VSCPA provides free tax assistance through a program developed for Virginia-based members of the U.S. armed forces and support personnel serving in a combat zone.
  • Disaster Recovery Resources — The VSCPA offers this public service program and online resource center to help individuals and businesses deal with the financial and tax consequences before, during and after disasters.
  • Nonprofit Pro Bono Assistance — Virginia CPAs provide free assistance and advice on financial issues to charitable nonprofits in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Examples of financial advice include tax preparation, auditing and financial management.
