Financial Fitness Workshops

The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) launched a financial literacy workshop series for the public in 2006. These FREE seminars are designed to address financial issues people face in their professional and personal lives, and are led by Virginia certified public accountants (CPA). Participants hear tips and tools to get their finances in shape, including topics like budgeting, saving, credit, retirement planning, estate planning and more.

The VSCPA Financial Fitness campaign is part of a national effort of the CPA profession to educate and increase knowledge of Virginians and all Americans, from schoolchildren to retirees, on topics related to money management and fiscal responsibility through community outreach and education.
