Sean R. O'Connell, CPA, PFS, PBGH, LLP, in Fairfax, is serving as chair of the Board. He has been designated by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) — a CPA who has demonstrated experience in personal financial planning activities. O'Connell has been an adjunct professor of accounting at the University of Mary Washington, and has also taught courses for the VSCPA and at Germanna Community College. He is a frequent public speaker. |
