Membership renewal begins on May 1 each year. Many members ask if they can pay their membership dues prior to May 1, so we’ve enabled our
online renewal system for anyone who would like to renew now.

How are contributions to the CPA PAC used? | Top
The
CPA Political Action Committee (PAC) of Virginia is a bipartisan committee that financially assists candidates and legislators who support CPA interests — people we need in office to support the CPA profession. The CPA PAC supports:
- Virginia candidates only — local candidates if he or she is a CPA
- Members of key committees in the Virginia General Assembly
- Legislators who receive high business-interest ratings from the Virginia Foundation for Research and Economic Education (VA FREE)
- VSCPA member recommendations
- Legislative counsel recommendations
- Legislators who support CPA issues and attend VSCPA functions
CPA PAC contributions, combined with strong advocacy efforts from the VSCPA, help to safeguard your profession in Virginia. Please give to the CPA PAC when you renew your membership this year.

The
VSCPA Educational Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to attracting future CPAs by rewarding academic excellence and encouraging students to pursue careers in accounting. Your tax deductible donation to the Foundation financially supports accounting students through a variety of scholarships:
- Undergraduate
- Minority
- Graduate
- Doctoral (Ph.D.)
- Named scholarships
