The VSCPA is pleased to announce its officers and Board of Directors for the 2010–2011 fiscal year. The officers and directors were sworn in Friday, May 14, at the VSCPA’s annual business meeting in Richmond. 

Bradford R. Jones, CPA, of PBGH, LLP, in Fredericksburg, is the new chair of the Board. Damon L. DeSue, CPA, of Dollar Tree Management, Inc., in Chesapeake, will serve as chair-elect.

The following VSCPA members were named vice chairs: Stephen M. Gay, CPA, Harris, Harvey, Neal & Co., LLP, in Danville; Lisa C. Germano, CPA, Actuarial Benefits & Design Company in Midlothian; John B.
