VSCPA Offers Free Virtual Financial Literacy Workshop


Resolve to spend the New Year getting a handle on your finances! The Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) is offering a free Financial Fitness Workshop titled “New Year’s Financial Resolutions” on Thursday, February 4. This virtual workshop will take place via Internet and conference call. It will be led by an experienced CPA and address multiple money management topics for a variety of audiences.

  • Highlights: In 2010, resolve to shape up your finances! This fast-paced workshop provides practical tips for eliminating debt, saving, rebalancing your retirement portfolio, organizing your financial records, creating a will, reviewing your insurance coverage, planning for the unexpected and more.
