VSCPA Recognizes Extraordinary Accounting Students in Virginia High Schools and Colleges

The Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) recently announced the winners of its 2006 Award of Achievement for academic excellence in accounting studies. Each year, the VSCPA recognizes top graduating accounting seniors from Virginia high schools, community colleges and four-year universities statewide.

The students are selected by accounting faculty at their respective schools. Only one award is issued per school each year, making it a significant honor to be the one student selected.

This year, 63 students representing high schools, colleges and universities across the Commonwealth received this prestigious award. 2006 VSCPA Award of Achievement winners are:
